Along with filmmaker David Lynch and a team of passionate peace-seekers, my goal is to spread the powerful gift of Transcendental Meditation (TM) to kids in inner-city schools, veterans and first-responders with severe post traumatic stress, African refugees, homeless men in re-entry programs, Native Americans with diabetes, kids and adults who are incarcerated, victims of underage prostitution, and other at-risk populations. The results of TM never fail to blow my mind. I mean, it actually works. Prisoners stop being re-arrested (Seriously. Recidivism rate went down 50% in a prison where the inmates practice TM). Students stop acting up in class, stop being affected by ADD, violence in the halls becomes non-existent (Wanna hear more? Check out davidlynchfoundation.org).
