Thank you so much for your g…
Thank you so much for your generous donation to Crosby’s Fund. We know that there are countless worthy causes asking for your support every day, so we are incredibly grateful that you choose Crosby’s Fund.

Private fundraising is critical for pediatric cancer research, because only 3% of federal cancer funding is allocated to childhood cancers. Too many children are dying every day, because of the lack of new treatments and therapies.

It’s amazing that in just 2 years we have been able to help hire a full time neuroblastoma researcher at Golisano Children’s Hospital for a 3 year term and fund a seed grant to a nationally renowned researcher at Wilmot Cancer Center. We are currently in the process of identifying our next research project to fund.

We cannot thank you enough for helping us carry on Crosby’s fight. He was incredibly brave, loving and funny. We want to help other families watch their children grow up instead of plan funerals and write obituaries. It’s got to stop!

We feel blessed to have the support of so many friends and family. Thank you for caring about Crosby, our family and all children facing cancer. Thank you to those of you that came out this morning for the 5K! It was an incredible day! More details and pictures to come on Facebook and the website soon.

Lots of Love,

John, Jake, and I would like to thank you very much for your generous donation to Sammy’s Fund.

We look forward to seeing you at the race tomorrow.

We appreciate all the many ways you support us and help us to keep Sammy’s memory and fun loving spirit alive.

With the money raised, Sammy’s Fund will continue to support the phenomenal agencies and programs that help to educate, protect and serve the needs of children in our community. So far this year we have donated to the Rochester Museum and Science Center, Green Angels, the Algonquin Campership Fund, Bivona Child Advocacy and Mercier Literacy for Children.

Thank you again for your love and support,

Kerry, Jake and John

A much belated thank you to …
A much belated thank you to everyone for making the PhotoFinish 5K a huge success again this year! Thank you to the participants, the donors and the fundraisers - and some of you did all 3! It was a special day being surrounded by friends and family while we walked or ran in memory of Crosby.

You all have helped us endure the last two years and without your support and love we never could have done it. You have also allowed us to carry on Crosby's fight against neuroblastoma by donating.

To date we have raised just over half a million dollars! It's simply amazing. Crosby would be so proud. We have to keep it up, so other children don't have to suffer like he did. We have to dream big!

Thank you so much.

Thank you so much for making a donation to Crosby's Fund. It means so much to Ed and I to have your support, and it means the world to Kevin and Zoe to continue on Crosby's legacy. He truly has touched so many lives in his short time here with us.

Tomorrow morning's forecast: 45 degrees and 100% chance of rain. As Kevin said, "it's perfect weather - if you're a duck!"

Again, thank you so much for your support!

Thank you so much for donating to our fundraiser. It continues to amaze me that so many people (some that know our family and others that don't) continue to support Crosby's Fund. I can't tell you how much it means to me that you care about Crosby and our hope to carry on his fight. We miss him so much.

Your donation will allow us to continue to fund research of this awful disease. If you want to see exactly where your donation is going - please see our new web site http://www.crosbysfund.org. I promise that ALL of your donation is going to support research - nowhere else.

Thank you again for your generosity.

With much gratitude,

You guys are doing an amazing job raising money - keep it up! I just increased our goal to $50,000. I know we can do it!! Welcome to the people that have recently joined our team. Thank you so much for becoming a part of this and helping us raise money for neuroblastoma research. I cannot thank all of you enough.

Don't forget to encourage people to sign up for the race too! We'd love to have lots of people again this year. Register at: http://photofinish5k.eastmanhouse.org/event-info/register/ The sooner the better, because we are trying to square away numbers for t-shirts.

Thanks again for all of your support.

Hi Team. Things are picking up! We have almost reached our new $20,000 goal! I hope we can bump it up again as the event gets closer.

Thank you so much to the people that have recently joined our team. Your support of our family and Crosby's Fund means so much to us.

I continue to be amazed by the generosity of family, friends, friends of friends and complete strangers. It's hard to explain how much it means when people care enough to participate and/or donate - regardless of the amount. All of these gestures remind me that you all care about Crosby and remember his amazing spirit.

He was the toughest kid I've ever met. I just looked at a picture of him in his Superman t-shirt earlier today and he was all that and more. He used to run the halls of the 4th floor with his IV pole, so fast I couldn't keep up with him. One of his favorite things to do was to trap the fellows or residents in his lines by running circles around them. He thought this was very funny - most of the time they had no idea what to think! He also liked to race circles around the nurses station and grab as much food (Spaghettios were his favorite to steal although he didn't even like to eat them!) from behind the desk. He was always making his presence known on the floor with either his bright smile or his pointing and screaming (he didn't speak much) to tell me where to take him.

Anyhow, thanks again and keep up the good work. I know it's harder to raise money this year, but don't worry, whatever we raise is great! Don't forget if you get offline donations to post them on your page and Iet me know so I can keep Wilmot Cancer Center in the loop. Then you can either send the checks to me or directly to the Cancer Center.

Lots of love,
Zoe
