Brian's Turning 50!

HERE'S THE STORY:
Is there anybody better than Brian Swardstrom?
Is there a better friend, better husband, better agent, better partner, better dressed man, better spotter-of-quality, better flipper-of-houses?
Clearly the answer is 'No, he's the best at all that and more.'
Brian doesn't want a big deal made out of the fact that he's turning 50 but when a guy makes it through a half-century and stays as classy as he has, you've got to salute him.
Since Brian emphatically wants nothing in the way of presents, let's interpret that as simply 'nothing' meaning "NO THINGS", but give him a present that he'll love much more.
Brian has quietly been a supporter of a terrific non-profit organization called Historic Hudson that works to preserve the beautiful historic homes and architecture of the town that Brian and Peter have made their second home. There are some pictures of their projects over on the left (along with funny pictures of Brian) and you can read about the org here:

We all know how Brian loves a new house...we can't buy him one of those but we can help the effort to preserve the historic treasures that he loves in his name.
Peter says nothing would make Brian happier than a big pile of support for this group in his honor...so let's surprise him with it.
You can donate right here on this page just by clicking the DONATE button up above and it'll be sent straight to Historic Hudson...if we raise enough maybe we can get them to renovate an old home in Brian's name. And then down the road we'll all be able to say "Thanks Brian, but remember that time we gave you a house?"
