THE STORY:
I love this non-profit organization! The Challenged Athletes Foundation (CAF) provides prosthetic limbs, coaching, and support to amputees that want to participate in sports. I have joined the CAF volunteer team to take on the challenge of climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro in the Fall of 2012 with a crew of these inspiring athletes. My goal is to raise $1 for every foot we're going to climb. It's 19,341 feet to the summit and it will be an honor to make the trek with The Challenged Athletes Foundation. With your help these deserving individuals will be given a chance to get up off the sidelines and fully participate in life once again.
Please help me reach my fundraising goal and support this most worthy cause which will directly make a difference in the lives of many extraordinary, everyday athletes. I will be paying my own travel costs and expedition expenses so please be assured that your donation will go entirely to CAF, a registered 501(c)3 nonprofit organization.
