"Marathon Mentors - Changing Lives With Every Stride"
The running of a Marathon is an intense journey that requires great determination, the heart to overcome many obstacles, and incredible perseverance. These are the same characteristics our youth show as they experience transformation through mentoring.
Youth Mentoring Connection (YMC) provides innovative mentoring at-risk youth in Los Angeles. Our dramatic results prove that our Marathon Mentors run for a worthwhile cause. While some of the schools from which our mentees are refered have graduation rates as low as 27%, youth that complete our programs beat the odds - with up to 95% graduating from high school.

Run for Marathon Mentors! Sign-up for the LA Marathon with Youth Mentoring Connection as your Official Charity.
Fundraise! Create your own individual fundraising page here, or join a Corporate Team. Send the link to your page to all of your friends asking for there support.
Raise $500 - YMC will cover the cost of your marathon registration!
Raise $1000 - YMC will cover the cost of your marathon registration AND your Roadrunner's training!
