THE STORY:
As an Outdoor Mindset Board Member, I see firsthand the impact that the organization has. Outdoor Mindset is a nonprofit organization that unites and inspires people affected by neurological challenges through a common passion for the outdoors. The organizations focus on relationships and the outdoors encourages people to change their perceptions of diagnosis from limitation to opportunity.

This year as a part of the Outdoor Mindset Spring Massive fundraising event, I am participating in the Warrior Dash adventure race on June 16th. All funds raised from Spring Madness in 2012 will support OM’s new program; Outdoor Meetup Groups. This program is focused on encouraging and supporting outdoor meetup groups within the OM membership to strengthen connections and inspire members to get outside.
