THE STORY:
The Boston Crusaders have been a part of my life for many years, and I credit the organization with giving me lifelong friends, memories and experiences that have shaped who I am today.
For most of you, you have a similar story, the corps and friends might be different but the memories and experiences are very similar.
I'm hoping that whether you are an alumnus of BAC or another corps you'll consider continuing the legacy of the drum corps activity in New England. Many of you have benefited from your experiences in the activity and hopefully you can help contribute to the Boston Crusaders who continue to provide those memories and life changing experiences to young adults, similar to the opportunities we all had in our youth.
I am asking for your help in ensuring the corps legacy for the next 75 years. I am hoping to personally raise $2,500 in donations. To incent most of you I will personally match up to $800. This means even a small donation (i.e. $5/$10) can go further, the corps can benefit from every dollar raised. As an added incentive if you make a donation I will explain to you the signifance of my team name =).
Please consider donating and giving back to the activity. Your tax deductible donation makes a big difference. i.e. - Did you know over 20% of the corps budget is from individual contribuitions?
