THE STORY:

United Nations Association Of The Usa Capital Area Division wrote -

Think Globally. Act Locally.
Endorsed by two Secretaries of State, Condoleeza Rice and Hillary Rodham Clinton, Global Classrooms DC (GCDC) supports global educations for more than 1,400 students at local middle and high schools and organizes an annual Model UN Conference. School budgets are shrinking and we need your help to keep this program free for DC public school students.

How YOU Can Help

We're working to raise $15,000 in five weeks, which will fund Global Classrooms DC's ENTIRE 2011 Model UN Conference for 600+ DC public school students who would not have access to extensive global education otherwise.

$10 - Healthy lunch for one student to keep them energized for debate

$25 - Printing pre-conference kit for one school group

$50 - All conference & program costs for one DC Public School student

$100 - Printing conference materials (country placards, resolutions, etc.)

$200 - Healthy lunch for one entire school group

$300 - One school bus = transportation for 40 students
