THE STORY:
Harlem RBI has been selected to participate in the ING New York City Marathon’s Community Charity Program. As a participating charity, Harlem RBI has received five guaranteed entries into the 2012 marathon. Each runner will raise a minimum of $5,000 while serving as an ambassador for Harlem RBI. Additionally, runners who already have a spot in the marathon can also run in support of our work in East Harlem and join team Harlem RBI!
Being an employee of Harlem RBI as allowed me to see the great work that the organization is doing. I have always wanted to run the New York City Marathon, and raising money for Harlem RBI and DREAM Charter School is a great motivator to complete this goal.
