A well deserved vote for your fundraising accomplishment!

If you have any advice for a Crowdrise newbie, please don't hesitate to share :) I just arrived in South Africa to work with some Imagine Scholar students, but were trying to raise a small amount of funds to provide clean drinking water for them. Take a look if you get a chance, and feel free to share any advice! Cheers!

Happy Holidays! What you are d…
Happy Holidays! What you are doing is wonderful! I certainly wish that my mother would of even considered doing such a thing. Makes me realize what I need to do sick or not when I see that type of thing. My seizures aren't as bad now though due to brain surgery.. I had up to 100 a day. That's alot but I was allergic to most anti-convulsants. I woke up from brain surgery with my left side temporarily paralyzed so I had to relearn everything. I relearned it though. My mother says that there are people starving in the world so she won't ask for help for me. I do have alot of side-effects to meds...I took them for years. Ok getting emotional. My sister had a boxer once that could tell when I was going to have a seizure. It would also sit outside my parents door until someone came. I'm trying to help people realize this issue and help so that children like your son won't have to go through what I did. Thanks to technology some of the things I did, they won't have to deal with THANK GOD! Still....the fight never stops.
May everone realize that and help.

The holidays are right around the corner! For many, this is an exciting time with lots of presents but for women and children suffering from domestic abuse, the only gift they want is a happy home. Please remember the generous spirit of the holidays and consider donating to my "For the Kids!" Campaign.

Here's a December vote for you, friend! If you have a chance, a return vote would make you the most awesome person ever!

Stuff About Me:

I am a stay-at-home mom to two fabulous boys, Oliver 4, and Griffin 2. Every day with them is an adventure that I treasure. I am also mom to two furry, four-legged boys, Jasper (white) and Harley (brown). Joining me in this adventure is my amazing husband, Joshua, father and software designer extraordinaire!

My son, Oliver has epilepsy and has been selected to receive a seizure assistance dog from a nonprofit organization, so we're helping them to raise money for his dog because the sooner we raise the money, the sooner he can get his dog that will transform his life.
