HERE'S THE STORY:
Cawaco’s Horticultral Therapy Program goes to local high and middle schools in order to teach horticultural therapy in classes with special needs students. We have begun a mentor program in which we assign each special needs student an elderly mentor from a nearby retirement home or assisted living facility. We hope to continue expanding.
