THE STORY:
Daraja, an Academy of Leaders.
This was a dream started by my husband and has become the most fulfilling work of my life. It is a true privilege to get up each morning and go to work on behalf of amazing, intelligent, incredible women who simply lacked the access to further their education.
The Race for Daraja, as part of the San Francisco Bay to Breakers Race, gives me the opportunity to raise awareness about these incredible girls and to help raise funding to support their education.
Archbishop Desmond Tutu once said, "Do your little bit of good where you are; its those little bits of good put together that overwhelm the world."
Do "your little bit of good" by supporting my Race for Daraja.

Albert Einstine in is youth stated he was an athiest. Just a few years before he died, he said: "For this universe, earth and man kind to evolve on its own, is as remote as me taking my watch apart on one contenant and throwing it into the ocean, then watching wash up on the other contenant all assembled, ticking and upto date. There is a creator and he does communicate with man." He was investigating the church at the time and said: "this is the closiest thing to my believe I have found" unfortunately he passed on before he could get the whole message. Think about it.
