THE STORY:
Joseph wouldn't cut his hair until he raised $500 for the National Autism Association. Well he did that and inspired others. His friend Carl has joined the team and issued another challenge of $500. When the $1000 goal is met, then he will shave his head! We're almost there - can't WAIT to see those photos!!
I wasn't willing to do anything crazy to my hair, but I did notice that one of the reasons Joseph wanted to cut his hair is because he says he's having a hard time getting a date. So now for my challenge: If we raise another $500 making the overall goal $1500, then I WILL GO OUT ON A DATE WITH JOSEPH!
Why is this a challenge you ask? Because I've never met Joseph - so it would be a first date. Don't you want to say you were a part of that?? I don't know, I may be getting the better end of this deal once he's cleaned up!
But the real fun here is raising money for an important cause, the National Autism Association. Your donations will make all these crazy challenges happen, but they will also support the 1 in 110 children affected by autism.

I'M NORMALLY A VAIN GUY...
...but I have gone over 7 months without a haircut. WOW!
I figure I deserve a prize, or money or some kind of a medal for this magnificent feat, especially considering how vain I am.
BUT, i'm not asking for a prize... instead, I'm making it about the children.
Let's raise $500 together. Okay?
Each day, I'm going to post a bad-hair picture until we reach our goal.
Will you donate the cost of lunch to help the kids with autism?
If you don't, I might just stay ugly forever. Yuck.
Joseph - you raised your $500, go get cleaned up and ask people for money so you can get this date!!
