I love fundraiseing for charities have done since I was a young girl, I think it's amazing how everyone comes together to fundraise for others.

Don't worry I don't have acne, thankfully haha I like drawing freckles and whiskers over my face when fundraising for some reason as you can see in the pictures to the left of your screen haha 

<---  next year I'm thinking of being a football hooliganfor Comic Relief lol, so I shall have "Tottenham Hotspurs" *Come on you Spurs!!!* painted on my face instead of the usual freckles or whiskers.

Edward Norton never stops helping others. If it is not trying to help the poorest people in New York get housing and bring them out of poverty, it is raising money for the Maasai Wilderness Conservation 2011 he inspires me to do more and more with my free time.

In particular cancer charities are close to my heart. My nan died this Christmas 2010 to cancer. My mum had a sarcoma in her leg in 2009 thankfully she is ok now.  With cancer in my family I decided to get myself checked out right away just to make sure and thankfully I'm ok.

Comic Relief, Red Nose Day is another charity that I fund raise for. The event will take place on the 18th March 2011 when the whole country gets involved, actors comedians, soap stars you name it their raising money for it. Not just for the UK but for every country.

I will need to take the overground infront of people who know nothing about this charity, this should be fun lol. *For those they must live under a rock because it's very well published* lol. As you can see on some of my pictures I love to take part and do my bit to raise money for the charity and celebs do their bit too as you can see in the pictures. I hope everyone can join me in fundraising for this charity like I said it helps people in poor countries.

Since I was a young lass I have been trying to raise money for the charities I really care about. The first time I got into charity fundraing was when I was at school, I was quite young when the Dunblaine tragedy happened when a gunman opened fire on a shcool in Scotland. I was so shocked that I gave up all my breaks and sat outside the school canteen raising money for the Dunblaine School monument to the teachers and kids that were gundown. We only raised about £98 but when I sent it to the school organiser and they wrote back with a thank you letter I was chuffed that I could help in a small way. A newspaper came to our school to ask me why I felt that I needed to raise money.

After this I got the fundraising bug I wanted to fundraise more and more for charities that I felt in my heart needed awareness. Comic Relief UK (Red Nose Day) was the next charity I had in my sights. Every year since I have done something funny for money.

I am very proactive when raising money and awareness of a charity I think you have to be because if I did not care, who else would? I have so many charites that I fund raise for, the ones that are close to my heart are the Cancer chaities and environment charities. This is why I have joined Crowdrise as this is a fresh start for me and a fresh start means to raise money for other charities I had never heard of until now.

Please help them raise the money they need to help Africa, every bit helps them to go to Africa and give them the means for the people to look after eachother. Training Doctors and nurses for example.
