In May of 2009 I celebrated my Jr's 4th birthday and baptized him and his 2 year old brother Abel, in June of that same year he became very sick, I knew something was wrong but I would have never imagined what was coming. Our son was diagnosed with Leukemia...he was suppose to undergo a 3 year treatment plan, 6 months of chemo and we would be done with the worst part by the 2nd year...he was suppose to do just fine, bone marrow transplant would be the last resort then in late April we got the news he relapsed...weeks after I delivered our 6th baby and weeks before his 6th birthday..he relapsed, I cried worse than when he was first diagnosed again, I was not prepared for what was to come, he got his bone marrow transplant from his 4 year old brother you see in the pic (the dirty blonde one lol) in August of 2011, so far he is doing ok. Our life has completely changed, he has changed, He doesn't play much, smile much, he stares into space alot but he always smiles when he sees the mail and the sunshine kids logo is on a letter, they make him happy and I thank them for that.
