Every year over 43,000 Americans are diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and 36,000 of them won't live past one year. 80% will die in the first year of diagnosis. Only 6% will live past five years.
Due to a lack of funding, no form of early detection or screening, and limited treatment options, it's expected to only get worse. By 2030, the number of cases of pancreatic cancer is estimated to increase over 55%.
Our goal is to fund clinical trials and research led by Dr. Daniel Von Hoff and his globalCure team at TGen. This year, we aim to raise $800K to fund a clinical trial that will get us one step closer to finding a cure. We do this because in 2030, you might be one of the victims of this deadly disease. Wouldn't you want a fighting chance?
