California's One Million NIU in 2011is an initiative to train and connect one million New Internet Users (NIU's) in 2011. NIU conferences are launch points to connecting and training one million people on the internet via The Parent Engagement through Technology model (PE+T). PE+T increases adoption by assisting and informing thousands of new Internet users on the benefits of broadband usage, providing relevance, access and training.
