Help increase the impact young professionals have on improving the Rochester community!
NextGen Rochester's mission is to give a philanthropic voice to young professionals in Rochester through peer-led philanthropy.
The members are the next generation of citizens who make “giving back” part of their lives through leadership, friendship, and philanthropy. This group is comprised of a cross section of the community (typically age 21-45) who find value in grantmaking to local charitable causes and addressing community needs.
Since 2009, NextGen's membership has granted over $23,00 to 14 local nonprofits.
Currently, the membership is raising funds to increase the impact of the group's 3rd round of community grants.
Since it's a 5K race, our goal is to raise an additional $5K for our grantmaking!
NextGen Rochester not only builds assets, but compassion, knowledge, and community engagement.
