THE STORY:
Let's do something healthy with our social media influence! Stephanie Quilao @skinnyjeans on Twitter is doing a 112-day streak of doing one-mile of exercise a day to help raise awareness and funds to help end childhood obesity, and use the power of social media for good!
The problems with our health and wellness are so ginormous where do we even begin to chip away at the iceberg?
One way is to start with tiny actions done with great love!
The streak started 3/2/11 in Phoenix, AZ and ends 6/21/11 in Boulder. CO two days before the Fitness & Health Bloggers Conference in Boulder, CO where Stephanie will be speaking with other healthy living bloggers.
