The person who created this page is probably preparing something riveting to post about everything they're doing to give back. We recommend you sit at your computer and hit refresh over and over until their story goes live. You should also scroll down and see if they have a fundraiser going so you can support 'em.
WHY YOU SHOULD VOTE FOR ME:
Votes are worth 100 Crowdrise Impact Points. With enough CIPs, this person can earn Royalty Status, and they can redeem their CIPs for awesome stuff. Vote for this person if they're doing something special to give back. If they're not doing anything all that great then you should probably just stop reading this section.

Thank you very much for donating to the TEAM KORTNEY NYC marathon team in the 2011 ING NYC Marathon. TEAM KORTNEY NYC raised about $50,000 for pediatric brain tumor research, thanks to all of your kind donations. The Kortney Rose Foundation made our largest donation in 2011 of $150,000 to the brain tumor research program at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, bringing our 5 year total donated to $530,000. Thank you all for making this possible. Even if you don't know someone running in the 2012 ING NYC Marathon we would greatly appreciate a donation to our charity to Help Get Brain Tumors OFF Kids' Minds! Brain tumors are the #1 solid cancer cause of death in children. These children need our help! Please donate online at www.thekortneyrosefoundation.org.
Please join us at one of our upcoming fundraisers. Mark your calendars for Sunday, August 26 for our 7th annual Kortney's Challenge 2 Mile Fun run/walk at Monmouth Park & the subsequent Day at the Races picnic area event. See our website for details.
Sincerely,
Kristen Gillette (Kortney's Mom & Founder of The Kortney Rose Foundation)
