BENEFITING: American Heart Association

EVENT: Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon Weekend 2012

EVENT DATE: Oct 07, 2012

THE STORY:

Help me support awareness and research for heart health and heart disease. I'm running for friends and family that we have lost to heart disease, especially Mike Feltault, who I'm dedicating this race to.  Ever since he was taken from us this past May, I'm trying to "Be Like Mike" and I hope you will support my cause.  He was an avid runner that I could never keep pace with, and this is my way of helping his legacy live on.  If you knew him and would like to - please be sure to note in your donation "In Memory of Mike Feltault"

The AHA does an amazing job of raising awareness and providing education and funding for research.  So many people don't know their numbers and the AHA is helping get the word out so people can live healthier lives just by awareness of their own health markers.

I finished in under 5 hours!
