Skip grew up in New Hampshire and earned a dual undergraduate degree in political science and international affairs at the University of New Hampshire (UNH). During college, he studied abroad in Spain, trained and competed as a wrestler, and served as president of the student body. After college, he joined AmeriCorps' National Civilian Community Corps (NCCC) and moved to Denver. He traveled around the Midwest and assisted in the recovery projects following Hurricane Katrina. He then went on to work for Red Bull and a boarding school for dyslexics in Vermont. Skip returned to New Hampshire to start a leadership consulting firm, through which he developed a mentoring and leadership program for Big Brothers Big Sisters. In 2011, he completed a Master's in Education at UNH. He joined Bottom Line's Boston staff as a Team Manager in August 2011.

WHY YOU SHOULD VOTE FOR ME:
I might not be the best Volunteer or Fundraiser but I'm decent at it and I can't think of a downside of throwing a vote my way.

Hey Skip, You are always on to do the "next great good deed!" Congratulations on this Epic Man event.
BTW your mailing had a bad link http://www.crowdrise.com/skip should end with SkipBurns.
We will definitely contribute to your cause. Is there a particular deadline for your collection (before the race)?
Best,
Edie and Jonathan Addelston
