THE STORY:
The Greek Orthodox Community of New Brunswick - St. George was founded in 1916. The Community was founded to build and maintain its Greek Orthodox Church and its Greek School so that it would educate the Community’s children in the Greek language. The Community has founded many organizations that contribute to advancing Hellenic culture, traditions, and the Greek Orthodox Christian faith. The Community was one of the first Greek Orthodox Communities of the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America.
