"TIBA" means "Team ISF (Ian Somerhalder Foundation) BadAss".
"Team", because we want to work together. We want to connect all those people, who are seeing themselves as a part of a big family.
"ISF", because we are not any team, but a special team: A team that supports the Ian Somerhalder Foundation.
"Badass", because we want to make a change, because we want to be a big and strong movement, which has a powerful effect.
To put this together: TIBA is just a short name for an amazing, powerful group of people, who work together worldwide for ISF.
