THE STORY:
One of the most popular items on people’s bucket lists is running a marathon. Is it on yours? If so, you’ve come to the right place! The LA Junior Chamber of Commerce is an official charity of the 2012 Honda LA Marathon. We will run together and raise funds to support the LA Watts Summer Games. We will have fun outings and incentives leading up to the event. Your participation in the LA Marathon on behalf of LAJCC will help us continue a 44 year heritage of promoting positive interaction, respect and achievement through spirited competition in athletics.
The L.A. Watts Gamesis much more than a gathering of cultures. They are a gathering of ideas, philosophies and the realization that today's youth can achieve common goals and reach greater heights through sports.
