THE STORY:
Welcome,
The Woodall family has had 3 generations of family members involved with Drum Corps. My brother Rick and I were lucky enough to grow up in a Drum Corps family. Many of you are our friends because we met you through Drum Corps. Our Mom and Dad ran the 21st Lancers from Norwood and became extended parents to lots of kids in the activity. They taught us, through example, to be thankful for what we had and to give back. That is what Rick and I have been doing for years. We are proud members of the Boston Crusaders Board of Directors and know first hand how much money it takes to keep this activity going.
This summer, for the first time ever, the Boston Crusaders are heading to the West Coast to begin their summer tour. This is a very expensive endeavor and also a critical one to help support the Drum Corps activity.
We are reaching out to friends, family and alumni seeking your support in the 2012 California Dreamin Tour. Your donation will offset touring expenses, equipment repair, uniform upkeep, meals and increasing gas prices.
Our team goal is to raise $10,000 for tour. Just think back to all the blood, sweat, tears and money our parents gave to allow us the opportunity to meet each other. Our story is one of lifetime friendships. We know we can count on you, please get on the Woodall bus!
