For 2012, the Sedona Marathon is reaching out to the entire running community in an effort to raise awareness and money for charity. This year we're making it easier than ever to let all of our runners, volunteers and supporters get involved.
The Sedona Chamber of Commerce will present the 2012 Sedona Marathon, 1/2 Marathon, 10K & 5K on Saturday, February 4, 2012. The Sedona races are ranked as one of the most beautiful races in the country. The course will speak for itself. The red-rock views, stretches of soft ground and mild, high-desert temperatures help the Sedona Marathon events live up to its reputation of a world-class event.
Sedona, AZ offers a scenic and hilly course at 4 distances -- Full Marathon (26.2 miles), Half Marathon (13.1 miles), 10 Kilometers (6.2 miles), and 5 Kilometers (3.1 miles). We pride ourselves on giving our runners an extraordinary experience with a weekend full of fun events. All races are open to runners and walkers of all ages and skills.
