The mountain-Ashram

Since 2005, I Shri Krishan Puri rented in the Swiss Alps in the Walliser Turtmanntal, 4.8 hectares land, which consists 90% of forest. A jewel of a place at 1550 m. over sea, with a view to the White Horn, one of the Four thousand meters high peaks in the Alps; it has exactly 4505 meters over sea. The small building, was built in 1930, and may take 8 -10 people inside. Under the slogan "pure nature" Shri Krishan Puri dig a new water source for the mountain Ashram, which is available from May to October because the house is not in good condition to stay in winter.

There is no access road, you have to walk on foot for about one hour, the place is also with out electricity and without local knowledge the place is hard to be found.

The main problem is that the place has to be renovated and I Krishan Puri have no sources to protect the place in future.

The cost of that renovation will be 380000.00 Swiss franks it included the land and the house and the water-source the idea is to protect that place in the Swiss mountains .

The use of the place is that it could be an place for meditation and yoga classes in a form of Ashram and nature life and Bee-keeping. It is maybe on of the most nice and pressures places in the Swiss Alps and very rare.

The place is since more then 200 years complete free of any chemical stuff. So I ask for help to protect the place.

After the renovation it is possible to be there all the 12 month in the year and have yoga classes and groups and projects.

I am interested to protect the place because it is a jewel in the Swiss mountains and it is a place without traffic and tourism. An ascetic place with wild life and eagles, only nature it self is there.

There is also a second house to use and to prodect  the land has two houses which could be saved it will cost also 380000.00 CHF but the priority is now not there to work on that house. The scheduled is to start wiht one but in futurether the second to, because it will give more people possibility to stay there. I have no personal interest in it to be a house owner but it has to be protected because it is so rare to have such a place for individual life and alternative life to share with people interested in natural life away from any civilization here in Switzerland. the total cost is in fact 760000.00 Swiss francs

Way is the renovation cost so high because there is no road and all stuff you need to renovated the house and the water source has to be transported with the helicopter and it is only possible from April - October to work there. It is to know that all Alps in the environment have the seam conditions there because no road access at all. And also the conditions of the government are very strict because it is in nature protected place.

The finance conditions are

4.8 hectares land 80000.00 CHF
Renovation cost of the House and the water source 300000.00 CHF included all the government registration and the architecture investment according to the Swiss renovation options in the Swiss mountains and according to the nature protection law.

According to the renovation rules it has to be made couplet new: the roof, the chimney, toilet, shower and water connection. The space division, the isolation of the house, inside construction,
the kitchen, living room, sleeping possibility under the roof, 125 meters water pipe from the source to the house and the source building, septic tank for the toilet and water, solar energy system and generator .

All the options of the Swiss Alps renovation law is given like that that the house and the water source will be OK for the next 100 years.
