About US: Team Touch The Sky was created to gather individuals who have the PASSION, DRIVE and HEART to move out of their comfort zone and give back, not only to our own community, but to the WORLD!! Plain and simple - We celebrate life by giving back!!

Life as we once knew it changed forever on June 27th 2004 when one of our closest and dearest friends, Marissa Ann Krog, suddenly passed away! We've never looked at life the same since that day. Just when we thought that it was impossible for tragedy to strike twice in the same circle of friends, we found ourselves eating our words and scrambling to make sense of yet another devastating loss. Pierre Francis Samson passed away suddenly on August 22nd 2011. He, too, was one of our closest and dearest friends. The loss of these two AMAZING, SELFLESS and WHOLE-HEARTED individuals has led to the creation of Touch The Sky!

About Rechelle: They say that you have to find your passion in life so that you don't have to work a day in your life. I've found that my passion in life is being an intricate part of ANY cause that focuses on making a difference in a suffering world! Throughout the years I've been blessed to be a part of the following causes:

Hello! I admit, I have been away for a few months working on a charity event that I have not yet gotten on Crowdrise. It was an international event called Shimmy Mob, where belly dancers from all over the world performed the same choreography, wearing the same simple outfits, on the same day (May 12th, World Belly Dance Day). The proceeds went to local shelters that help the domestically abused. I bhope next year to have this event showcased here on Crowdrise. Thus, I have been absent and have not had the chance to say 'hello' to new people joining Crowdrise...So... A Belated Welcome to Crowdrise!! Here is a vote (100 points), to help you get rolling!!
