Two Years for TWLOHA
BENEFITING: To Write Love on Her Arms
THE STORY:
When I started my journey towards recovery, I never imagined I would be in the place I am now. On July 10th 2012 I will proudly be able to celebrate 2 years clean from cutting, an accomplishment that wouldn't be possible without the existence of To Write Love On Her Arms. Finding their website on my darkest of days was the first step in saving my life, and being able to bring awarness to what they do is an honor and a privilage. Some of you may know my history with TWLOHA and The Buried Life, but for those of you who don't here's a little background. I was featured on an episode of MTV's former show The Buried Life, and was given the once in a life time opportunity to share my struggles with depression, and self injury with their International audience. TWLOHA was an intricate part of that journey and it's on my Buried Life List to give back, even though just a fraction, of what they gave to me. So that's what this is all about an opportunity for all of us to come together and give back to an organization that contiunally gives and enriches the lives of many. So whether it's $10 or $100 please help me celebrate this organization and be a part of saving the lives of many.
