HERE'S THE STORY:
Join us for the 2012 Dance Marathon as we partner with CrowdRise reach out to the entire community in an effort to raise awareness and money for charity. This year we're making it easier than ever to let all of our participants, volunteers and supporters get involved and help make a difference.
In order to participate in the DM2012, simply Fundraise or Donate a minimum of $25. And what better or easier way to do so than right here on CrowdRise...

The UCR Dance Marathon is a 6 hour event for Highlanders, by Highlanders, to raise money and awareness for the Guardian Scholars Program. This program provides scholarships, life coaching, mentors, housing, and personalized attention to emancipated foster youth. All proceeds raised here will go directly to help students at UC Riverside.
The event will include DJs, food, giveaways, and competitions that will inspire students to stand up for education and support former foster youth. So what better way to spend your time than dancing, having fun and raising more money than ever before!
