STUFF ABOUT ME:
I have adrenomyeloneuropathy (AMN), a cousin to adrenoleukodystrophy (ALD), the disease that killed Lorenzo. I am lucky to have avoided ALD. While AMN slows me down quite a bit, I keep at it. My project is to try and keep all of the young boys at risk of developing ALD disease-free. There is no reason why anyone should have to face the the nasty side of the disease that spared me.
WHY YOU SHOULD VOTE FOR ME:
Although there are plenty of great fundraisers on Crowdrise.com, I am certain that I have the biggest heart.
