A much belated thank you to everyone for making the PhotoFinish 5K a huge success again this year! Thank you to the participants, the donors and the fundraisers - and some of you did all 3! It was a special day being surrounded by friends and family while we walked or ran in memory of Crosby.

You all have helped us endure the last two years and without your support and love we never could have done it. You have also allowed us to carry on Crosby's fight against neuroblastoma by donating.

To date we have raised just over half a million dollars! It's simply amazing. Crosby would be so proud. We have to keep it up, so other children don't have to suffer like he did. We have to dream big!

You guys are doing an amazing job raising money - keep it up! I just increased our goal to $50,000. I know we can do it!! Welcome to the people that have recently joined our team. Hi Team. Things are picking up! We have almost reached our new $20,000 goal! I hope we can bump it up again as the event gets closer.

Thank you so much to the people that have recently joined our team. Your support of our family and Crosby's Fund means so much to us.

I continue to be amazed by the generosity of family, friends, friends of friends and complete strangers. It's hard to explain how much it means when people care enough to participate and/or donate - regardless of the amount. All of these gestures remind me that you all care about Crosby and remember his amazing spirit.

He was the toughest kid I've ever met. I just looked at a picture of him in his Superman t-shirt earlier today and he was all that and more. He used to run the halls of the 4th floor with his IV pole, so fast I couldn't keep up with him. One of his favorite things to do was to trap the fellows or residents in his lines by running circles around them. He thought this was very funny - most of the time they had no idea what to think! He also liked to race circles around the nurses station and grab as much food (Spaghettios were his favorite to steal although he didn't even like to eat them!) from behind the desk. He was always making his presence known on the floor with either his bright smile or his pointing and screaming (he didn't speak much) to tell me where to take him.

Anyhow, thanks again and keep up the good work. I know it's harder to raise money this year, but don't worry, whatever we raise is great! Don't forget if you get offline donations to post them on your page and Iet me know so I can keep Wilmot Cancer Center in the loop. Then you can either send the checks to me or directly to the Cancer Center.

It would be so amazing to get them and their boss to come out and meet everyone on October 6th.That would be inspiring for the entire community!
