HERE'S THE STORY:
My 11 year old daughter, Ally, was diagnosed with uveitis in June, 2010. Uveitis is the third leading cause of blindness in the United States. We are having a flashmob to raise money for the Ocular Immunology and Uveitis Foundation (OIUF).
OIUF thrives to improve the diagnosis and treatment of uveitis and other ocular inflammatory diseases, as well as find the causes and cures. They also provide support for families like ours who are affected by these diseases.
