I'm teaming up with filmmaker David Lynch and actor Russell Brand to support the David Lynch Foundation. I'm hoping you will join me.
When I was little, my grandparents and elders showed me meditation techniques that at the time I took for granted. Now that I'm an adult I see the value not just as on a personal, but a on global level.
In the many times I've had the privelege of talking to Veterans, be it at a VA hospital or spending time with the ones in my family, I have seen first hand the benefits of meditation in their stress recovery.
Nobody needs to suffer unnecessarily, especially our children and soldiers. I look forward to the positive impact that David Lynch's foundation will undoubtedly make
