The Story

Start a fundraiser for your school on Annie's Garden Funder anytime after April 22nd at 9am ET and you could win a donation for your school garden up to $1,000!

The top three school garden fundraisers on CrowdRise from April 22nd at 9am ET through June 2nd at 5pm ET will receive the following:

1st Place: $1,000 Grant

2nd Place: $700 Grant

3rd Place: $400 Grant

On top of that, we'll also be giving away more prizes each week.

Since 2008, through Annie’s Grants for Gardens program, Annie’s has donated funds to over 270 schools. This means Annie’s has put more than 80,000 children in direct contact with growing real food.

The Annie’s team is really proud of what we've done so far, but we know we’ve only just gotten started. There are still millions of children who don’t have access to a garden. We want to change that, but we can't do it alone; we need your help. We’re inviting everyone who cares about connecting children with real food to join us in our healthy mission.

As part of Annie's commitment to growing Gardens of Goodness™, we created the Annie's Garden Funder™ on CrowdRise to empower schools and like-minded friends to raise money for school gardens.

You can help by starting a fundraiser for your own school garden or by making a donation to a fundraiser that’s already in progress.

Select SET UP YOUR FUNDRAISER above to get started.

If you set up a fundraiser page last year, you can still participate in this year's campaign by setting up a new 2014 page for your school.  All you need to do is select SET UP YOUR FUNDRAISER and then login using your existing CrowdRise account.

Your contribution is made to Network for Good, a section 501(c)(3) nonprofit, donor advised fund, which will distribute your donation to the nonprofit organization that you recommended. In the rare event that a charity you have recommended does not satisfy Network for Good's criteria for receiving donations (i.e., it has been classified by the IRS as a disqualified supporting organization, it cannot or does not accept donations, is not recognized by the IRS as a section 501(c)(3) public charity, or is not in good standing with federal and state regulators), Network for Good will select an alternate charity to receive your donation funds. The nonprofit organization receiving your donation will be informed of its intended purpose. However, Annie’s, Inc. does not and cannot control the use of the funds received by any nonprofit organization as a result of contributions through this website.
