As a huge fan and advocate of buildOn, I'm thrilled to be running my first ever Boston Marathon on their behalf.
Please help me in my efforts to break the cycle of poverty and illiteracy by engaging innter-city students in Boston to take social action globally. 100% of all funds raised will go directly towards their efforts to build a school in Malawi_ and will ultimately help shape their very bright furtures. All donations, large or small- are welcomed and hugely appreciated!

The buildOn Boston Chapter has recently collaborated with the Boston Public Schools to send high school students on a Trek for Knowledge. buildOn's Treks for Knowledge give American students the opportunity to travel to a developing country and build a school for needy students abroad. All funds raised through the Boston Marathon fundraising events will support that journey. buildOn Boston and the Boston Public Schools are excited about the opportunity to make a difference in students' lives at home and abroad and look forward to meeting the buildOn Boston Marathon Team members.
