Hello!!
On October 7, 2012, I am running my first marathon ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Training in hot and sunny Florida has been difficult but rewarding. I've gone from struggling through a 4-mile run to running 35 miles a week. While the 26.2 is still intimidating, I'm excited for the race and to see what my body can do.
I am honored to be a part of the Nature Conservancy Team for the Twin Cities Marathon. The Nature Conservancy is saving our most cherished places and protecting our resources to prepare for a future that sustains us all. We are racing against time to save these places and resources--and that’s why I am trying to raise $1000 for their cause. If you are able, I would truly appreciate any donation you can give.
