I'm 17 years old and I'm here to make a difference, however big or small that may be.
I have always cared about the planet and global warming is a big fear of mine. But it was the oil disaster in the Gulf that really opened my eyes to what is happening to our planet. Since then I've been trying to save energy where I can and persuading others to do the same. Our planet is being destroyed each & every day by our actions and only we can save it! Green energy is the way forward, I believe that, so we should be doing more to make Greener energy more possible. GoGreen!!! I have big dreams & hopes for our planet, the biggest being that one day we will be able to look back and think we made a difference; we continued to fight for what we believed in, even if others didn't!
Dream big guys because no dream is too big!

Your commitment to conservation is awesome and I just voted for you 'cuz I'm a sucker for my fellow nature fans. So I'm wondering - what are you doin' for St. Patrick's Day?
Before donning your party frocks, I'd like to ask you to think about what you'll spend for your night on the town and match those funds with a donation to The Nature Conservancy. Or consider staying in that night and donating the money you would have spent - you could even host and get all your buddies together and have them donate what they would have spent out.
We'd love to know if you'll join us in putting the green back in St. Patrick's day - you can go to http://www.crowdrise.com/greenstpatricksday/ to tell us about it and how you pledge to help.
Let's all Put the Green Back in 3/17! Thousands of dolphins and wolves will thank you - and you might even understand them if you speak dolphin or wolf.
