Hi!

On June 20th of this year, the Random Acts charitable organization is going to be taking 40 volunteers to Jacmel, Haiti to help rebuild the community  after the catastrophic earthquake that devastated the Nation. 

 

They will be building a multipurpose community center designed to house, feed and educate the children of Jacmel.  As well as a sustainable fish farm in order to provide a reliable source of protein for the children living in the community center.  

 

I very much would like to be a part of this project and hope that you will help me to reach my fundraising goal of $5,000 in donations so that I may be selected for this trip.  Every penny goes to those in need and doesn't pay for travel expenses etc.. I have a passion for helping others and have always aspired to be part of such a helpful reconstruction project.

 

I have experience in construction and I am a certified EMT so I believe that I will really be able to help the people in Haiti if I am lucky enough to be part of this unique journey.  Even if I am not able to travel to Haiti, I am proud to be part of this organization and help raise money for those in need.
