HERE'S THE STORY:
I set on a personal journey to run a 1/2 marathon. The race I chose is the Run to Remember on May 29, 2011. It's to honor fallen police officers. I decided since I was running anyhow, why waste a perfectly good opportunity to do something good with all that effort? I decided to run for the K9 officers in MA that need bullet protective vests. Massachsuetts Vest-A-Dog is a charity that helps the K9 officers and their handlers with that need for special work equipment. Each custom made vest costs approx.$750. IF EACH OF MY FRIENDS, CLIENTS AND RELATIVES GIVES JUST $30 EACH, WE WILL BE ABLE TO HELP PURCHASE 3 VESTS FOR K9 OFFICERS IN NEED. PLEASE HELP! These working dogs never call in sick, or ask for a day off, they are one with their handler and LOVE to serve and protect you and your communities.
