Divine Yoga classes build the foundation on which an important home practice can be built. The classes are energetic, the techniques are simple to understand, easy to learn and are not intimidating. Kundalini Yoga classes are a central focus at Divine Yoga and are highly recommended for all students. Kundalini Yoga, the yoga of awareness, is more than just a system of exercise, the technology of Kundalini Yoga aims to enhance your relationship with your spirit, the eternal essence of who you are. It is universal and nondenominational and no matter what religious path a person follows, Kundalini yoga helps you experience personal beliefs in a deeper, more meaningful manner. The classes teach the art of relaxation, self-healing and elevation where the body develops balance, glandular and nervous systems are stimulated, and the mind experiences clarity as you see the beauty of your soul.
Divine Yoga offers YogaKids, Gentle Yoga and Prenatal classes and hosts special events including Sag Harbor retreats, workshops, guest teachers, healing resources, cleansing and book discussions all aimed at creating a strong community and fostering healthy lifestyles, which are the nature of yogic culture.
