Easter Seals TriState empowers people with disabilities and disadvantages to more fully live, learn, work and play in our communities.

What would happen if everyone who wanted to work was given the opportunity?

What would happen if the companies who needed skilled workers could fill them with qualified workers?

What would happen if Easter Seals TriState was given the opportunity to expand its reach?

Easter Seals TriState believes a better community builds upon the abilities of all its members. Easter Seals TriState empowers more than 15,000 people with disabilities and disadvantages more fully live, learn, work and play in our communities each year. When individuals succeed in work and in life, the entire community benefits.

Our advanced manufacturing transitional employment program helps find people who want to work in the advanced manufacturing industry, but don't have the qualifications to find a job, trains them, and connects them to employers who are desperately looking for a skilled workforce.

The program is based on years of experience in the construction industry with a building materials reuse center and deconstruction service, Building Value, and expands on our years of job training and packaging experience to fulfill an industry need with a community solution.
