Exodus Family was created on the belief that all families should be able to travel and experience other cultures and nature regardless of the transition into parenthood. My husband, Rolf and baby boy, Tayden will join me as we embark on a journey to test our character, relationship, parenting skills, and ability to influence others to make a difference in the lives of youth by helping them enjoy nature and spend time learning about themselves in the wilderness. We believe every child has a right to enjoy growing up outside and creating lasting memories of mosquito bites, burnt marshmallows, hanging upside down in a tree, and watching the clouds pass. The more time kids spend inside watching TV the less time we will have to spend in nature since we will not have future environmental stewards to protect our lands. A child's time in nature is critical for their development and it is time that we focus on what makes a kid a kid and allow them to feel freedom!
WHY YOU SHOULD VOTE FOR ME:
Because even if kids drive you mad, you can't stand a crying baby, or the smell of diapers makes you want to vomit, we all need kids for our future and we need to show them the importance of spending time in nature. If we lose kids to movies and video games then we lose the beauty of nature since we will have no one to stand up for what is left. Plus my family is rad and we are about to embark on one crazy journey that you are sure to enjoy!
