THE STORY:
I HAD THE PRIVILEGE OF VISITING THESE KIDS IN RWANDA LAST SUMMER.
KAGENO IS IN BANDA, A TINY & VERY POOR VILLAGE.
THIS IS THE 4TH TIME I'M GIVING $450 TO SPONSOR AN ORPHAN BECAUSE I REALLY BELIVE IN THE WORK THEY ARE DOING.
KAGENO MAKES WHATEVER YOU GIVE THEM GO A LONG WAY.

I SLEPT OVER HERE AND WAS TRAUMATIZED BY THE TOILET AND YET I REALLY WANTED TO STAY SO I COULD BE WITH THE CHILDREN. YOU KNOW ME... I'M NOT THAT NICE... BUT THIS PLACE WAS MAGICAL AND I CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK.

Kageno has two nursery schools in Kenya and a third in Rwanda. There are over 700 kids in these programs and we currently only have funding to care for 183.
To put things into perspective, one out of five children in Rwanda will die before they reach age five. We need to raise enough money to get 517 kids involved in our programs. Our programs allow kids to eat at least one nutritious meal each day, have access to healthcare and to go to school in a safe, clean and nurturing environment.
It costs us $60 to embrace the kids in our community. So, we need to raise $31,020.
Please help us in our relentless pursuit to give these kids a chance to survive to age five.
