Our Mission
Support our mission by creating your own fundraiser.
The Gold Foundation was established in 1992, as a 501-c3 charity foundation. The trustee of the Gold Foundation is Roy Goldberg. He collects no salary for this work. Moreover, there are no paid employees, rather there is a large team of volunteers, treating their work in aid of the Gold Foundation as a kind of mission. One of the guiding principles of the foundation since it’s inception is to minimize operating costs. This simple philosophy allows The Gold Foundation to distribute a very high percentage of donations to its beneficiaries.
Mission Statement
The Gold Foundation’s mission is to help improve the quality of life for people in Atlantic County by providing thoughtful support to well-managed charitable organizations in the area. The Gold Foundation’s funding priorities include education and human services for disadvantaged people, especially youth and families.
