My name is Gurmukh and I am a Kundalini teacher. My physical home is in Los Angeles at Golden Bridge Yoga LA but I also blessed to spend time at Golden Bridge NYC. My spiritual home is in India. I spend a great deal of time traveling around our beautiful planet spreading the practice of Kundalini Yoga. I meet wonderful people who then continue to spread the practice.
I am thrilled to start my Crowdrise page because I believe if we rise up we can do powerful things. Our crowd is a wise one and I know, if we work together we can make magical things happen. With our energy and meditation, we can change the consciousness. With our donations we can change people's lives.
