I had the opportunity to visit Haiti recently and witness the destruction first hand. After meeting with the people of Haiti and those who are part of The Global Syndicate, I know that The Haiti Project is determined to make a REAL difference and will not give up until change is made. Please join me in the fight to help Haiti by supporting The Haiti Project. Even the smallest donation counts. The effects of the earthquake are just devastating and they need all the help they can get.
The Haiti Project is a nationwide fundraising and awareness campaign that will generate substantial financial support for critical humanitarian efforts. Led by The Global Syndicate, this collaborative effort unites socially-conscious individuals and charities in support of real action on the ground in Haiti. The effort will provide lifesaving education, healthcare, and economic development to the people of Haiti.
The Haiti Project will bring about highly targeted, informative and powerful events in key cities across the United States. The proceeds will directly provide lifesaving education, healthcare, and economic development services to Haitian men, women, and children living on the island - a majority of which survive on less than two dollars per day.
Project Medishare, Edeyo, Hollywood Unites for Haiti, and Cine Institute are currently the direct beneficiaries of The Haiti Project. Selected for their proven ability to effect change, specifically in health, education and economic development.
Just because the destruction is over doesn't mean they won't need as much support. Haiti will take years and years to rebuild, but it starts with you.
