Hey everyone! My name is Hannah Milton, and the fantabulous charity The Random Act is putting on a trip to Haiti this year. I am attempting to raise funds for their relief efforts. The charity aims to help victims of the catastrophic earthquake that struck Haiti in 2010. All contriubutions go directly to the charity to help relief efforts, purchase tools and supplies, etc.
Please help donate! It's for a great cause and it's a fantastic opportunity to help people less fortunate than ourselves. Every dollar counts!
What this is all about:
In order to go on this trip I need to be one of the first 25 people to raise $5,000 dollars. I am paying my own travel costs and room and board, so rest assured that all the money is going directly to the charity.
Every little bit counts, and if you donate I will be eternally grateful! You will have my never-ending gratitude and the added bonus of going to sleep at night with bunches of warm and fuzzy feelings in your heart because you helped people who are in need :)
Some stuff about me, so you know who I am and why I want to go on this trip of certain-to-be amazingness:
My name is Hannah Milton, and I have a slight addiction to community service. I lived in Singapore for four years and I suspect that it where this addiction began. See enough wonderful children and families in need and you'll probably want to start helping them too.
I'm currently a full-time student who spends too much time reading books and stalking the internet. I'd love to start vounteering more often, and this trip seems like a great way to do that!
