HERE'S THE STORY:
Almost seven years ago, the world lost one of the most amazing people to have lived. My Dad, Tony Daur, gave his all to fight the cancer that had taken over his body, but never his heart or spirit. To honor him, and to help others in their fight, I will be giving my all for the next 132 days and on April 1, 2012 attempt to complete the 2012 Nautica Southbeach Triathlon. Yes, that's right...3/4 mile swim, 25 mile bike, and 6.2 miles run. It is estimated that 1 in 3 people will be affected by cancer in their life time. We have all been affected by knowing a friend or loved one who has fought this horrible disease. Please join me in the fight in anyway you can....a donation, cheer me on, or join me on the beach in Miami in April! All donations will go to support the heroic efforts of the American Cancer Society. Thanks and STAY WONDERFUL!
